The background check service is conducted online, and includes online digital identity verification. If you cannot complete online digital verification, you may be directed to a Canada Post outlet to have your identity verified in person which may take longer than 3 days.

2. Process Requirements

You must have two pieces of government issued ID, one must be Canadian. Your current address must be a Canadian address.
